Ring-necked Duck
Male breeding: (shown below) Mostly dark diving duck. Black head, neck, chest, back, wings, and tail. Gray flanks and belly. White spur between the black upper chest and the gray underparts (flanks). Grey bill with bold white ring at a black tip, and a white outline on the bill.
Female breeding: (shown below) Brown overall. Dark slightly crested crown. Faint light brown spur. Grey cheek with white at the base of the bill. Grey bill with a black and white tip.
