Northern Harrier

Male: Grey overall with some buffy markings on the chest. Very distinct owl like facial features.

Female: (shown below) Brown overall with dark streacks on a white chest. Very distinct owl like facial features.

Juvenile: (shown below) Brown overall with a buffy breast that is not streaked. Very distinct owl like facial features.

VERY distinct characteristics features the owl like facial features and the always obvious white rump when in flight. Usually flys low over fields when searching for prey.
